Purchased a Flavel Romance HE RC gas fire from David at Gas & Stoves.
Prior to purchase David @ Gas&Stoves was happy to discuss my intended purchase and offer advice and guidance, the price quoted was really competitive and before taking my order he checked on its availability from the manufacturers as it wasn’t a model held in stock.
On taking the order, he organised delivery and arranged for it to be sent as a palletised dispatch to ensure the fire didn’t get damaged in transit, the delivery cost was very reasonable.
Throughout the process David in promptu phoned on a couple of occasions to update me on progress.
Clearly David is a supplier who offers ‘old fashioned’ great customer service

I was a little concerned to be spending so much money online when I didn't know the company and it was so far away from us. I needn't have worried at all - I had a follow up phone call the very next day from a very friendly member of staff and the fire was delivered safely within 5 days. Would recommend Gastech to anyone - first class service. The fire looks great too!

Very easy to navigate website and very good customer service. We had follow up phone calls to clarify our stove order, updates on our order and arranging a delivery day best for us. Even on the day of delivery the courier sent a text giving an hour window. The packaging was excellent to ensure that the stove arrived in A1 condition. From mouse to house in 4 days. Excellent service from Dave & his team. Will DEFO recommend

Ordered a flueless stove from Gastech and whilst there was a bit of a delay in receiving it, Dave kept us informed every step of the way and we took delivery of a lovely new stove -- just in time for winter!
