We bought our Gas Fire from Dave at Gasfireandelectricals, but on removal of the old fire found it would not fit, the cast box was smaller than we had been advised by the house builder. We spoke with Dave and he was brilliant and arranged collection, helped us pick a suitable replacement and its delivery , we even got some money back without any issue. Fantastic customer service. We ordered the EKO 3045 although there was a little delay with the fire due to manufacturer Dave made sure we knew exactly what the problem was. This company go above and beyond for the customer. The fire bought was a Flavel Caress replacing a similar one we had for many years. Price was very competitive and we were kept informed of the order progress which was rapid as it arrived within days on schedule securely palleted for no extra delivery cost.

I cannot recommend Gas & Stoves highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. I ordered the Flavel Decadence electric fire on the Thursday and it was delivered by the following Wednesday to suit me, they even put extra bubble wrap in box to protect it. Exact same fire was also £110.00 cheaper than I could get locally too. Proper super friendly service & we just wish there were more firms like this around. Our initial questions via email about the Flavel electric fire we liked were answered immediately by Dave, who even sent a link for the fitting instructions. After we ordered, we were kept informed every step of the way until the fire was delivered on the agreed day. Bought this fire this month the service was amazing well packaged when it arrived there was a damaged piece of the fire done by the courier got in touch with Dave he sorted a replacement part for us even used general post office in stead of the courier arrived a couple of days later undamaged thank you Dave great service highly recommend this firm.

ordered this fire 13/08/26, Dave rang me to check that I knew this fire had a glass front which I did but I thought it was good of him to double check. Price was very competitive and delivered within a week and was fitted yesterday. Nice looking fire and I would definitely recommend Gas and Stoves.

Fabulous service from start to finish, ordered Flavel Emberglow lpg fire on Saturday morning, within half hour Dave had phoned me to double check my order and inform me Flavel weren’t open until Monday but would keep me posted. Sure enough he phoned me first thing to confirm it was in stock and he would call me again once he had it instore. Tuesday morning he rang to inform me he had received it and when would I like it delivered. Wednesday I received it via a local courier. Cannot fault the product , the price or Dave , his customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.
