I rang this c/o for advice as I was replacing an old fire and was not sure of the fitting. speaking to them I could sense this was not a run of the mill company nothing was to much trouble, some weeks passed and I ordered the fire the service I received confirmed everything .

We received our Celsi fire on Friday from Gas & Stoves as promised (free delivery too) and had it fitted on Saturday. This fire is beautiful & so much more realistic than our old fire. Contacted the firm for a conversation about which fire I wanted. Got some good advice which I followed. Settled on a product and placed the order. Because the package was quite heavy they put it on a pallet and delivered it by overnight delivery. got here when promised, no damage and the quality of the product was everything they promised. Would use this supplier again. Gave me no cause for complaint at all.
