Bought this fire this month the service was amazing well packaged when it arrived there was a damaged piece of the fire done by the courier got in touch with Dave he sorted a replacement part for us even used general post office in stead of the courier arrived a couple of days later undamaged thank you Dave great service highly recommend this firm.

ordered this fire 13/08/26, Dave rang me to check that I knew this fire had a glass front which I did but I thought it was good of him to double check. Price was very competitive and delivered within a week and was fitted yesterday. Nice looking fire and I would definitely recommend Gas and Stoves.

Fabulous service from start to finish, ordered Flavel Emberglow lpg fire on Saturday morning, within half hour Dave had phoned me to double check my order and inform me Flavel weren’t open until Monday but would keep me posted. Sure enough he phoned me first thing to confirm it was in stock and he would call me again once he had it instore. Tuesday morning he rang to inform me he had received it and when would I like it delivered. Wednesday I received it via a local courier. Cannot fault the product , the price or Dave , his customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

We received our Celsi fire on Friday from Gas & Stoves as promised (free delivery too) and had it fitted on Saturday. This fire is beautiful & so much more realistic than our old fire.
