I would definitely recommend Gas & Stoves. Dave was able to supply a particular gas fire I wanted after been informed by one of the large online retailers it was out of stock for at least 6 weeks. Dave actually called the supplier to double check they had the fire in stock which they had. Throughout the whole process Dave kept my informed about the order and went out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied. The fire looks absolutely brilliant (Eko 3080) and I'm so glad I called Dave who is a pleasure to deal with.

I Don’t normally do reviews but on this occasion Gas & Stoves thoroughly deserve one. Thoroughly professional from start to finish & the Elgin & Hall Ignite 5 was the best value we found. As we have not yet had the fire fitted this review is for the service given by Gastech. They have been courteous and prompt throughout. They obtained the fire within 24 hours but on checking they had not been sent a balanced flue version. They returned this immediately and recieved a replaced within another 24 hours. Throughout Dave has been in contact to notify us of the situation. We picked up the fire and they helped us load it too. Well done.

I can recommend using this company. I placed an order via the web site, within 5 minutes I received a phone call just to check that I wanted the LPG version of the fire. We then moved on to when and how the fire would be delivered. The day before delivery I was contacted by phone again to confirm that they had to fire and were about to arrange delivery, next day was agreed. An Email confirmed delivery details and contact number go the company so I could get an idea of the arrival. Driver phoned when when he was half an hour away.
Could not ask for a more friendly and efficient service, a very happy customer
