Excellent service wrt the Flavel Renoir fire. Dave kept us updated throughout the process and the fire arrived at 1000 this morning; three days from order is exceptional. We have arranged a fitter for Friday of next week and will have a very happy mother-in-law.  She was so disappointed that her old Flavel Renoir was condemned when she had it serviced and was really made up that we found they were still producing this model. We reckon the old fire is at least 25 years old and was a reconditioned one at that. Price was also £60+ lower than other sites we visited even with delivery.

Looking to purchase a Flavel Kenilworth Plus High Efficiency Gas Fire (Open-Fronted), found it on numerous websites with 2 day delivery , however found a better deal on Gas and Stoves, Spoke to Dave before purchase to ask a few pre install requirements, super helpful so placed the order, Dave rang back same day informing me of a delay in delivery, was not an issue, I had made up my mind prior to purchase to use this company because they were helpful and honest.

Purchased a Flavel gas fire online outside of normal shop hours. (Very competitively priced, nice website & Company actually has a showroom!) Contacted next morning to advise me the colour option I required was not in stock but would be sourced and delivered within 4 to 5 days. This promise was kept and I was pleased with the personal contacts and emails that kept me informed of my order processing and delivery. A gas fire from a different company was delivered damaged.. I spoke to Dave about my desperate need and he was excellent. He promised to expedite a replacement and to double pack it to be sure. In 2 days the fire was being installed. 5+ stars.
