Contacted the firm for a conversation about which fire I wanted. Got some good advice which I followed. Settled on a product and placed the order. Because the package was quite heavy they put it on a pallet and delivered it by overnight delivery. got here when promised, no damage and the quality of the product was everything they promised. Would use this supplier again. Gave me no cause for complaint at all.
