The Be Modern Imperium Designer Gas Fire has an optional spacer kit (£20) – Please confirm with your local Gas Safe Engineer that this might be required.

.

The spacer kit attaches to the rear of the fire and reduces the depth required in the fireplace opening by 25mm – It is ideal for use with pre-cast flues where there is insufficient depth (Additional £20.00)

Fireplace depth required, with spacer kit fitted, would only have to be 103 mm.
